1. Please fill out the Sponsorship Application Form and fax or email to the EAMC3 secretariat.
2. After completing the payment, please send the receipt to the secretariat in order to confirm your payment.
- All transaction fees are borne by the applicant.
- All benefit will go into effect after receiving the application & first payment (50% of total payment)
- Full payment must be made by August 30, 2017
Sponsor agrees and understands that notification of intent to cancel sponsorship must be provided in writing. This Sponsor Application Form may be cancelled by the Agreement signatory, with no penalty, within seven calendar days of receiving the confirmation letter of the Agreement from EAMC3.
- Cancellation of sponsorship by July 31, 2017 : 50% of the total fee
- Cancellation of sponsorship from August 1, 2017 : No refunds
